Role & responsibility on the board?

Occasionally known as “the lady behind the camera”, I enjoy capturing our children’s special moments at TLL.  I also keep everyone up-to-date with social media post, updates, local news articles, and TLLbaseball.com updates.  

 

Share some of your experience or talents you bring to the board:

I have over 15 years of professional experience in marketing and design and I wanted to put my experience to work for an organization that is dear to my heart.  I majored in Communications with an Emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising coupled with a minor in Art at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.  I love all aspects of design including photography and enjoy putting those concepts together for the league to help build wonderful memories for our TLL families.

 

What do you enjoy about being a part of TLL?

My first experience at TLL was in 2009 when my oldest son joined his first tee-ball team.  From the very first moment I knew this was a special place.  Right off the bat, our son was surrounded by coaches that volunteered countless hours to teach kids this game of baseball.  In 2014, I joined the Thurmont Little League Board of Directors.  I enjoy stopping by as many games as I can to take photos and watch the kids play.  I also love to see parents on bleachers or along the fence making new friends. To me TLL is not only a place for our kids play baseball together, but also a place to make friends and a place to build a community.  #theTLLnetwork
