Role & responsibility on the board?

As the president of TLL, I am the chief administrative officer and responsible for the overall direction and strategy for our Little League.  I work closely with the board to ensure we are providing the best possible Little League experience for our players and families.

 

Share some of your experience or talents you bring to the board:

I have been coaching youth sports for over 20 years in ages ranging from 4 to 19.  I have been serving on the TLL board of directors since 2010 in capacities such as:  Coaching Coordinator, VP- Minors, and Vice President of the board.  I have a B.A. in Organizational Management, and an M.B.A. in Finance.  I currently manage a Services business in the healthcare sector, and I am currently in my 5th year as a graduate school professor in the Bolte School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University.

 

What do you enjoy about being a part of TLL?

Our TLL families and players.  There is nothing like seeing our community come together to enjoy the greatest game on earth. I take great pride in having the ability to contribute to an organization that has deep routed traditions in Little League baseball dating back to 1952.   Our objective is to make life long memories for our players, and to develop our Little Leaguers to their fullest potential both on the field and off. Having the opportunity to work with our baseball community is something I hold dearly, and take great joy in making our players Little League experience the best it can be.
